LLB Accounting Services Limited (LLB Accounting) was established in 1996 primarily with a focus on providing accounting services for companies who wished to outsource their accounting function.

Since its early years, LLB Accounting has diversified its range of services to include assistance with corporate incorporations, providing company secretarial services and providing services geared towards individuals and small to medium size enterprises meet their tax compliance obligations.

On the accounting side, we have a regular base of clients for whom we do monthly accounting. This involves collecting or having documents delivered to us, entering the transactions into one of several accounting softwares (depending on the reporting and management requirements), clarifying any unknown transactions and then providing monthly reports once all issues have been resolved. Monthly reports may take the form of simply the profit and loss account together with balance sheet or alternatively in other cases, more detailed reports such as monthly comparisons, analysis of sales, analysis of debtors etc. depending on the needs of the client. The reports are in some cases emailed to the client and in other cases a monthly meetings are scheduled to discuss the results. Accounting on a yearly basis follows the same pattern as monthly except all documents for the financial year are delivered to us and we report on the complete year. We then assist our clients to liaise with local auditors in finalizing the audited financial statements.

Our other major service is providing Secretarial Services which involves assistance with the incorporation of companies; these general speaking are for HK limited companies and the British Virgin Islands limited companies; however we have also assisted in the incorporation of Charities and Technical Associations. Other secretarial services relate to the tasks of maintaining the statutory books, preparing various minutes and attending to the annual returns.

Our third area of business focuses on HK tax compliance, assisting individuals plan their tax to take advantage of the HK tax system to minimize their salaries tax liabilities and providing advice to local HK companies in matters relating to their Profits Tax compliance.
