Documents Required for Preparing Accounts
- All Bank Statements for the complete period (a photocopy or the originals).
- All Sales Invoices, Fee notes and any other document which relates to income being
received for the complete period.
- All Purchase Invoices and if possible supplier/vendor statements dated at the end of the period.
- Receipts for expenses incurred during the period.
- Copies of pages of any new tenancy agreements entered into which provide the terms of the
lease.
- Petty Cash expense sheets, together with monthly summary sheets.
